Penguin New Science Spoons

One Off Limited Edition decorative paper spoons are created from vintage, end of life Penguin 'New Science' books. The work is created by manipulating the pages to form the bowl and stitching the cover to create the handle.

I recently happened upon a beautiful collection of end of life Penguin 'New Science' books, in this scrumptious spectrum of vibrant, retro shades, but as these books are at the end of their readable life they all have signs of wear and are slightly faded on the spines, which these are made from, adding to the uniqueness of these few very special pieces.
